2005 Staglin Vineyards Salus Chardonnay
"This 2005 Salus Chardonnay displays a beautiful golden color with a green hue and reveals a bouquet of ripened Golden Delicious apple, spiced Asian pear and fresh fig complimented by a touch of beeswax. This well-balanced wine is medium bodied and expresses flavors of candied citrus and William pear leading to a zesty finish." - Winemaker's Tasting Notes

1999 Far Niente Chardonnay
"The 1999 Chardonnay is a classically-structured wine that is both rich and velvety on the palate while displaying the typical intensity of fruit and spicy oak aromas that have become synonymous with Far Niente Chardonnay. While the finish is long and clean, the rich flavors of melon, fig and oak will become increasingly full and complex with time. The 1999 Far Niente Chardonnay has excellent potential to age ten or more years." - Winemaker Tasting Notes

2008 J. Lohr Estates Riverstone Chardonnay, 1.5 Liter Bottle
1.5 Liter Bottle of 2008 J. Lohr Estates Riverstone Chardonnay in a wooden box. This chardonnay is entirely barrel-fermented in a combination of French and American oak, with about 60% of the fruit undergoing malolactic fermentation. The region's cool climate and the vineyard site's Elder loam soils over riverstones lend the wine a bright, natural acidity and intense varietal character.

1993 Duckhorn Merlot
As reviewed by Wine Spectator in January 2006: " An intense and well-focused Merlot that has a rich, supple core of earthy currant, herb and cherry flavors that fold together nicely. Finishes with firm tannins." This wine is ready for drinking now.

1999 Beringer Vineyards Reserve Merlot, Bancroft Ranch, Napa Valley
One of California’s most complex and age-worthy Merlots, the 1999 is at its peak and drinking beautifully. Wine.com's Ed Sbragia wrote: "Bancroft Ranch Merlot has a quality I can only describe as all-around richness... It delivers a consistent message from the first waft of its characteristic aromas through its long finish. I think this richness comes mostly from the concentrated blackberry and blueberry flavors but also partly from a kind of earthy quality typical of the vineyard. Underlying these flavors are more subtle notes of anise, tobacco and leather. I've found that these flavors become more pronounced as the wine ages and evolves..." Decant and enjoy.

2004 Shafer Vineyards Merlot
"Medium purple in the glass, this wine has a sumptuous nose of plum and vanilla aromas. In the mouth it is silky and round, with a delicious combination of chocolate, blackberry and juicy plum flavors. Barely perceptible tannins support the wine and give it a depth that lingers through a substantial finish. A classical expression of Napa Merlot." - Winemaker Tasting Notes

1996 Sean Thrackrey “Orion,” Old Vines Syrah, Napa Valley
A magnificent old-vines Syrah from one of California’s most eclectic and eccentric winemakers. Cellar for another 3-5 years or decant and enjoy. The Wine Spectator commented: "Openly ripe and grapey, this is dark, rich and concentrated, with hints of currant, anise, sage and spice. Packs in lots of flavor and a wall of tannins, with a long, rich aftertaste."
