Racing History: Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion at Mazda Laguna Seca Raceway
Two three-day General Admission and Paddock Tickets to the 2010 Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion, August 13-15, 2010. Formerly known as the Monterey Historic Automobile Races, this event features races by famous vintage race cars. It is held the same weekend as the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance. New for this year, and adding to the excitement, are races for Formula 1, Trans Am, and historic stock cars from 1966-1975. Early entries include the 1964 Ian Walker Racing "Gold Bug" Lotus 26R, which Jimmy Clark drove, along with the 1959 Ferrari Testa Rosa that Phil Hill and Pete Lovely once raced. Besides numerous Eagles, Dan Gurney's Cobra Daytona Coupe, which he raced in 1965 at Le Mans, will be competing as will Gurney's 1960 Maserati Birdcage. Dan Gurney will be the honored guest at the Reunion and will answer questions and sign autographs on August 14.
