Delicious Hors d'oeuvres
Pulled Pork Biscuit: slow-roasted with glazed smokey-molasses BBQ sauce, wrapped in an open-faces buttery biscuit cup, topped with diced bell pepper.
Shrimp Creole: plump shrimp, diced peppers, onions, basamati rice, Caribbean creole sauce on a crisp tartlet shell.
Grilled Vegetable Platter: zucchini, yellow squash, eggplant, red peppers, purple onions and asparagus, drizzled with light olive oil and lemon vinaigrette.
