Kara’s services are provided primarily by volunteers who have experience in healing from personal loss. Our volunteers are trained to accompany others on their journey through a life-threatening illness and/or bereavement. Kara has served the San Francisco Bay Area since 1976.

Join us on a walk of remembrance, and celebrate the lives that change yours!

On October 15th, we are walking to honor our loved ones who have enriched our lives, inspired us, shared their wisdom with us, and left us with precious memories. 
This is a great opportunity to spend a fun day together while contributing to a terrific cause, so join us for the walk and then enjoy the Festival!

We believe in supporting Kara's mission of providing grief support and counseling for the community, if you do too, join us on the walk or support us online!
